Automatically Collected Information

When you use our services, we may automatically collect:

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Settings. We want to be precise about what that does, because "delete" can mean more than one thing:

• Your personal information is erased. Your name, email address, nickname, profile photo, date of birth, body measurements, and any identity document you provided are removed from your account record. Your password and login sessions are revoked immediately, and the account can no longer be signed into.
• Any body-read observations are deleted at the same time, along with the record of the consent you gave for them — they are not left to expire on their own schedule.
• Your activity history is not erased. Workouts you logged, posts and comments you wrote, teams you joined and leaderboard entries you earned remain, no longer attached to an identifiable person. This is deliberate: those records are woven into other people's experience of the app — a comment thread with your replies removed, or a team roster with a hole in it, would silently damage accounts that are not yours.

If you need your activity history removed as well, contact us and we will handle it individually.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Types of cookies we use include:

• Essential Cookies: Required for basic functionality
• Analytics Cookies: Help us understand usage patterns
• Preference Cookies: Remember your settings and preferences

7. Third-Party Services

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

8. Body Photos (Optional Feature)

What is processed

If you choose to use body-photo insights, you may take two or three photographs of yourself (front and back, with a side view optional) so that your training plan can be tailored beyond what a questionnaire can ask. This feature is:

• Entirely optional. It is never required to generate a plan, and skipping it changes nothing else about the app.
• Started only by you. Photographs are only ever processed when you take them and send them yourself.
• Restricted to adults. The feature is unavailable to accounts under 18.
• Preceded by explicit consent. You see a full explanation, and agree to it, before the camera is ever opened.

What is kept

What remains after the analysis is a short list of derived, non-diagnostic observations drawn from a fixed vocabulary we define — for example that a shoulder appears to sit forward, or that one muscle group looks less developed than another. These are written as plain text labels. We deliberately do not derive, store, or estimate:

• Body fat percentage, weight, BMI, or lean mass
• Any score, rating, or ranking of your body
• Any statement about your health, medical condition, or appearance
• Any free-form description of you written by the model

Your calorie and macronutrient targets are calculated from the height, weight, age and goal you enter. They are never adjusted on the basis of a photograph.

You approve each observation before anything uses it

After an analysis you are shown every observation and choose which ones to keep. Anything you switch off is deleted from the stored record rather than hidden, and you can discard the entire reading in one step.

How long it is kept

Data	Retention

After 90 days a reading stops being used to shape new plans, and the app offers you a fresh one. It remains visible and deletable until you remove it.

Deleting a reading

You can delete a stored reading at any time, from the screen where you approve it, from the AI section of your training settings, or from Privacy in Settings. Deletion removes the observations. Training plans that were already generated are not rewritten — they are records of what you were following at the time — but they stop referring to the deleted reading.

Third parties and model training

• Your photographs are not used to train any model, ours or anyone else's.
• They are not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties.
• A photograph is transmitted to our AI processing provider solely to produce the observations described above, and is not retained by us afterwards.
• Our internal monitoring and diagnostics tooling is explicitly configured to exclude these images, so they do not appear in logs or traces.

Not medical advice

Observations produced by this feature are general fitness guidance, not a diagnosis or a medical assessment. A posture observation is not a clinical finding. If you have pain, an injury, or a medical condition, consult a qualified professional.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

If you are located outside of our primary jurisdiction, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information during such transfers.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
